Terms of Service & Operational Agreement

1. Platform Nature & Scope
Gulflek operates as a managed recruitment marketplace for GCC Heavy Industries (Construction, MEP Engineering, Structural Engineering, Interior Fit-Out). Gulflek is not a self-serve bulletin board; profiles are curated by internal Account Managers based on a high-touch "ready-to-occupy" model.
2. Candidate Terms & Profile Build
Candidates pay a one-time profile build fee upfront. Account Managers build and verify candidate records using data from Milestone Career Planner. Profiles must satisfy a 3-tag taxonomy minimum before publishing.
3. Employer Onboarding & Profile Unlocks
Employers verify access via UAE WhatsApp OTP. Transactions operate on a zero-subscription pay-per-profile reveal basis. Profile reveals unlock complete candidate credentials, passport validity records, CVs, and portfolios.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Upon employer profile reveal, assigned counselors action candidate follow-ups within a strict 24-hour SLA.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and labor laws of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
